4.3 The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account. new1bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Target processing times are: e-wallet withdrawals within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 working days. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing delays outside new1bet's control.
4.6 new1bet reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification (KYC), responsible gaming checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.
4.7 Deposits must be used for wagering purposes. Depositing funds without genuine intention to wager, or depositing and immediately requesting withdrawal, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on new1bet are final once confirmed. new1bet does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the platform.
5.2 new1bet reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, based on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, or placed in circumstances that constitute an obvious error ("palpable error"). Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
5.3 For sportsbook markets, settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, new1bet's determination is final.
5.4 Live casino games at new1bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios regulated under international gaming authority standards. new1bet does not manipulate game outcomes.

11.1 new1bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where new1bet reasonably believes the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by regulatory or law enforcement authority.
11.2 A Player may close their new1bet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, new1bet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited.
